Moorestown Distance Racing InformationThe Moorestown Distance program uses racing thoughout the year in differnet ways. During summer and winter seasons, road races offer an opportunity to get together with other runners, test your conditioning, and providing an alternative to the Long Slow Distance that dominates our off-season training. During the Cross Country and Track season,we use races as a building mechanism - learning how to run faster and more competitively. Distance racing is both an individual and team sport. Each team member runs to better themselves and their own personal records. |
